P.How long does a preventive compliance review take?
The duration depends on the size of the institution, the complexity of its operations, and the scope of the evaluation. Generally, a preventive review can be completed in four to six weeks, including process analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations presentation.
P.Do you provide services across the Caribbean region?
Yes. Currently, we primarily offer services to higher education institutions in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. We also evaluate opportunities to collaborate with institutions in other jurisdictions participating in U.S. federal financial aid programs.
P.What types of institutions does BE Solutions serve?
We work with universities, private colleges, technical schools, vocational institutions, and other higher education organizations participating or wishing to participate in federal financial aid programs under Title IV.

Our services include, but are not limited to: Title IV compliance, preventive compliance reviews, policies and procedures development, preparation for audits and Program Reviews, staff training, accreditation process support, and regulatory risk assessments.

Yes. We guide institutions throughout the entire process, from eligibility assessment and application (E-App) preparation to initial implementation and strengthening of the administrative capability required to operate Title IV programs.

Yes. We design customized training programs aimed at financial aid officers, registrars, administrative staff, fiscal officers, and other officials involved in the administration of federal programs.

Yes. Depending on the institution's needs, we offer services in person, virtually, or through a hybrid model.
